If you need to cancel or change an order, please reach out to our team right away at email@example.com with all the details. We will do our best to catch your order and make changes before it goes out. For changes it may need to be cancelled and reprocessed as a new order. Once an order has been dispatched however, we are unable to cancel the order and it will need to be processed as a return.

We ship FREE STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS IN THE US to all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico. We also happily ship internationally with shipping cost calculated at checkout.

All packages are processed and shipped within 2 working days unless otherwise advised. Standard shipping is 2-8 business days. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take additional time. A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent immediately upon dispatch via email or text to the contact provided. Please look for that confirmation. If your order has not arrived after the standard timeframe indicated, please check the tracking. NOTE: USPS deliveries have been extremely delayed during Covid-19.
