Shipping & Delivery

All our packages are packed with love and customized for you then dispatched from our warehouse in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.

We ship FREE STANDARD USPS FIRST CLASS IN THE US to all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Puerto Rico. We also happily ship internationally with shipping cost calculated at checkout.

All packages are processed and shipped within 2 working days unless otherwise advised.

Standard shipping is 2-8 business days. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will take additional time. International delivery time is dependent upon and stated by the selected carrier. 

A shipping confirmation with tracking information is sent immediately upon dispatch via email or text to the contact provided. Please look for that confirmation.

If your order has not arrived after the standard timeframe indicated, please check the tracking.

NOTE: USPS deliveries have been extremely delayed during Covid-19. Please be patient, unfortunately we can not control or do anything to expedite deliveries.
